FIXED CONSTRUCTION COSTS
Changes in construction costs, on "turnkey" projects, can only be generated by the Investor with project change requests. If the Investor does not generate changes to the project, the agreed price and the total cost of construction will not change. Such an approach is the basic principle of our team.

Whatever the standard is in question (LEED, BREAM, EDGE…), we take responsibility for the certification of the project...what's even more important, we create the most rational technical-design solutions aligned with the requirements of the standard according to which the certification is carried out. Obtaining a green certificate, along with optimal and rational technical-design solutions, is our responsibility. Coordination and magament for all waste from the construction site is also our responsibility.
